Flow Rack / Roller Rack

First-In First Out (FIFO) design is critical in many production processes. Our Flow Racks allow a dynamic inventory system that automatically allows for the oldest products to be discharged first on a continual basis. This is possible with the utilization of rollers that are sloped to allow deposited loads to travel from one side and flow gently to the other. Worker welfare and safety can also be heightened as people are kept at a safe distance while the forklifts are replenishing the rack. Once again, a speed adjuster separator between first and second pallet allows for guaranteed smooth operation. Labor and space can be reduced by up to 25% or 50%.
